Static Wireless Based Push Button Paging and Alarm Calls (telePOINT)

Keeping it simple is the concept behind this radio based Help Point system. It provides an extremely efficient and cost effective solution, for situations where messaging requirements are pre-determined and very specific. Originally designed by Ascom Wireless Solutions to improve communications between supermarket checkouts and supervisors, telePOINT is now used for a variety of applications ranging from communications from hotel rooms and warehouses, to security, and entry exit posts.

telePOINT keypads can be programmed with up to 15 pre-determined messages which are initiated at a touch of a button. The subjects can be tailored to needs as varied as, ‘open door’, ‘send cleaner’, ‘package ready for collection’, etc. The central server processes these messages and transmits them out as text into the existing Paging, Loneworker or DECT networks.

Like all our systems, it can be combined with other Ascom products to provide a mix of on-site communication solutions.
